| Getting to know us and your property
We'll continue the conversation to ensure we grasp the full scope of your project and address any lingering questions you may have about our services. If you find our discussion fruitful and would like to explore further, we will be ready to arrange an in-home consultation.
We begin by establishing your project’s budget and scope of work to ensure clear alignment from the start. Our team then gathers and reviews key property documentation—including the plat, existing architectural drawings, and applicable HOA guidelines to identify any design constraints. Finally, we perform a detailed site analysis, taking precise measurements, creating a grade map, and mapping existing utilities to support accurate planning and design.

VISUALIZE
| Designing your outdoor space
Following our due-diligence, we'll arrange a Design Kick-Off Meeting to review all findings from our due diligence report. During this session, we'll delve deeper into your design preferences and examine any inspirational photos you've provided.
Our design process unfolds over several rounds of drawings, allowing us to explore layout options tailored to your project’s scope. Once a final design is approved, the remaining design fee is due, with full details outlined in our Pricing-Guide. For added peace of mind, an optional exit clause allows you to conclude the process at this stage without further obligation if the project investment exceeds your comfort level.
Once the design for your project is finalized, we'll proceed to drafting the construction proposal. Expect a comprehensive breakdown detailing your project scope, site plans, and construction costs, provided in both digital PDFs and physical documents.

TRANSFORM
| Building your outdoor environment
Sign the Construction Contract and make the first engagement deposit. A full set of construction details will be created for all phases of your project.
Construction Permitting: Our documents are meticulously crafted to fulfill all the requirements mandated by your HOA, ensuring a smooth approval process. Should further inquiries arise, we're readily available to address them. Furthermore, we'll take care of all the necessary municipal permitting procedures required for your project, saving you time and hassle.
Scheduling: Your project start date will be a function of the HOA and permitting process timelines, availability of materials and products, as well as our current construction workload. Progress Payments: Construction payments are due throughout each construction phase.
Before construction, we will help you prepare for our arrival. We will conduct a meeting to explain what to expect during construction and answer any remaining questions you may have. We'll provide weekly progress reports to keep you in the loop and address anything you need to be aware of.
To ensure your comfort with the newly transformed space, we'll arrange one final meeting to review your care sheet and go over the warranty contract together.
