Denton has a character all its own — a historic courthouse square, a strong sense of place, and a mix of established homes and fast-growing new neighborhoods. We design landscapes that fit both, whether that's restoring the setting of an older home or building outdoor living for a new-construction lot.

As one of our northern service areas, Denton gets the same design-first attention and in-house craftsmanship as every Terraform project.

Denton really is two design problems. Near the Historic Square the houses have period detail worth deferring to, the lots are small, and the right move is usually restraint — good materials, a well-proportioned patio, and planting that suits the age of the house. Out at Robson Ranch and the newer growth the slate is blank and the question flips to what to build first. We work either way, but we do not hand the same drawing to both.
