- We’ll continue the conversation to ensure we grasp the full scope of your project and address any lingering questions you may have about our services. If you find our discussion fruitful and would like to explore further, we will be ready to arrange an in-home consultation.

DUE DILIGENCE
- Budget & Scope: Establish your project’s budget and scope of work.
- Property Documentation: We will acquire and thoroughly examine your property plat, existing architectural documents, and HOA guidelines to ensure that any essential design constraints are duly considered.
- Site-Analysis: Our team will conduct meticulous measurements of your property, generate a detailed grade map, and chart existing utilities.

DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS
- Following our due-diligence, we’ll arrange a Design Kick-Off Meeting to review all findings from our due diligence report. During this session, we’ll delve deeper into your design preferences and examine any inspirational photos you’ve provided.

CONCEPTUAL PLANS
- Your design concept will be created through several rounds of drawings. We’ll explore various layout options tailored specifically to your project’s scope of work.
FINAL DESIGN PAYMENT
_Design approval and final design payment.

_Optional Exit Clause: If the project investment is more than you are comfortable making, you may exit the design process at this point without further payment required.

REFINING THE DETAILS
- Once the design for your project is finalized, we’ll proceed to drafting the construction proposal. Expect a comprehensive breakdown detailing your project scope, site plans, and construction costs, provided in both digital PDFs and physical documents.

PREPARING TO BUILD
- Sign the Construction Contract and make the first engagement deposit.
- A full set of construction details will be created for all phases of your project.
- Construction Permitting: Our documents are meticulously crafted to fulfill all the requirements mandated by your HOA, ensuring a smooth approval process. Should further inquiries arise, we’re readily available to address them. Furthermore, we’ll take care of all the necessary municipal permitting procedures required for your project, saving you time and hassle.
- Scheduling: Your project start date will be a function of the HOA and permitting process timelines, availability of materials and products, as well as our current construction workload.
- Progress Payments: Construction payments are due throughout each construction phase.

BUILDING YOUR DESIGN
- Before construction, we will help you prepare for our arrival. We will conduct a meeting to explain what to expect during construction and answer any remaining questions you may have.
- We’ll provide weekly progress reports to keep you in the loop and address anything you need to be aware of.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR SPACE
- To ensure your comfort with the newly transformed space, we’ll arrange one final meeting to review your care sheet and go over the warranty contract together.
- Final Construction Payment Due.
